The South Orange & Maplewood School District (SOMSD) logos are more than visual marks — they are symbols of our shared identity, programs, and the trust we build with our community. When our communications look and feel consistent, families and staff can easily recognize and connect with the district’s message. This consistency strengthens confidence in our schools and ensures that information is clear and reliable.
These guidelines support the thoughtful and consistent use of SOMSD logos by staff, students, affiliated organizations, and community partners. By working together and aligning to a common standard, we create a brand that feels familiar, dependable, and welcoming for caregivers, families, and the broader community.
