The Department of Information Technology manages the South Orange & Maplewood School District’s digital systems, technology procurement, and cybersecurity. The department ensures reliable, secure access to technology for students and staff while maintaining compliance with state and federal standards. In partnership with educators and administrators, the department supports instruction through effective, forward-looking use of technology and keeps the district’s systems safe, efficient, and ready for the future.

Student Accounts (Google and Canvas)
Students are to use their district Google accounts to access Canvas. These are the same login credentials that were used to log into Google Classroom & Google Drive.
